Windows 10: How to get Windows 10 from Undoing my Theme settings

After a few hours and a good rest, I have calmed down. Microsoft Windows ALWAYS has some kind of quirk that seems senseless that drives us crazy!I have put a new theme on Windows, the Winter Nights Theme. If I turn off the computer, when I turn it back on, it has reverted to a previous them or setting I did not put. Why? I have seen some so-called solutions to this problem, but none of them worked. SOMETHING is buggin', man. I went into Group policy and did not see an option for this, but I saw several options for BLOCKING a user from making changes to the desktop under profiles, themes,

I suggest you to set the themes in Windows 10 to default and check if it helps.

Steps:

• From Desktop, right click and select Personalize.
• In Personalization window, click on Themes
  in the left pane.
• Click on Theme settings, select the Default themes
  and close the window.

If you are still not able to find suitable themes, I recommend you to use your favorite search engine to search for the suitable themes, download-install them and check if it helps.
