Windows 10: How to get Windows 11 23H2 explorer.exe back again?

I want to make Windows 11 23H2 into old version of Windows 11 is build 21996.1. I moved explorer.exe from Windows 11 21996.1 to Windows 11 23H2, when i restart Explorer it's unresponsive even i restart it won't work. So how can i have Windows 11 23H2 explorer again?

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2

• 22631.xxx is 23H2
