Windows 10: How to get Windows 11 23H2?

MS really messed up that release imo but I'm not ganna talk about the misleading annoucments about the release dates here,Here's my story, one of my laptops that got win11 Home edition allowed me to download it via WinUpdate and despite showing it got 23H2 installed it only got few of its features, Meanwhile my other machine didn't had the update on WinUpdates but got all of 23H2 features, same story with my main PC, I've just reinstalled the 23H2v2 the name that was in MS ISO there and my windows telling me I've still got 22H2 yet got all of the 23H2 features,As a side note all of my users

Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

If your system runs 22H2 and is up-to-date, you can install the tiny enablement package to upgrade to 23H2 quickly.

Prerequisites

Before updating to Windows 11, version 23H2 using an enablement package, you must be running Windows 11, version 22H2. You must have the following prerequisite installed before applying this update:

• October 31, 2023—KB5031455 (OS Builds 22621.2506 and 22631.2506) Preview or a later cumulative update
  

 

Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

Good news!

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).
