Windows 10: how to get windows 11 media player to work correctly, 2 ms cases, 8 hours on the phone,...

2 ms cases, 8 hours on the phone, uninstall, reinstall windows 11 and media player 4 times, no fix. I have run graphics update, sfc / scannow and everything i could find - NO FIX,,, anybody really know or am I looking at aftermarket software?

I wish products by MS would release for Windows Server 2003 @ the same time... but, they never do!

(XP gets EVERYTHING first it seems! Oh well...)

What is the exact error message you get when you to try play files on Windows Media Player?

I suggest you to run both Windows Media Player Library and Settings troubleshooter and check.
