Windows 10: How to get windows 11 to stop using a old display and how to add a new one

Have a new A/V amp. and windows will not let me change it. Old amp was 1080p new one is 4k. can not adjust video to 4k because of it.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

How to stop File History on the old drive and start File History on a new drive?

I use the external drive
for File History and have a lot of information there. I want to restart the File History process on a new drive and place the previous File History drive off-site.

Please suggest the steps to stop File History on the old drive and start File History on a new drive.
