Windows 10: how to give administrator access to a application in windows 10 without administrator popup

Hi, I need to change the system time using a Qt application. I have a specific function in Qt Creator that handles this task. However, changing the time requires administrative privileges for the application. The issue is that this application is running on a Single Board Computer SBC and it runs on autostart when the SBC boots up. Therefore, it is not feasible to manually press the "Yes" button for administrative permission every time. Does anyone have any idea how to avoid this issue? Thanks and regards, Ashish Upara

Boot into Windows as administrator

You set up the admin password when installing XP, but most the time people believe it is for their individual account and not the Administrator one. As for Vista, like stated before, the initial account created is an administrator account, and if necessary, you may need to right click certain programs to "Run as Administrator"

• On your keyboard, press Windows + X.
• Select Command Prompt (admin).
• Type net user administrator /active: yes (Note: There's a space after "/" and ":").

After performing the steps above, log out to your current account. Then, log in to the hidden administrator. Next, create a new user account by following the steps below:

• On your keyboard, press Windows + I.
• Choose Accounts.
• Select Family & other people tab.
• Click Add someone else to this PC, and follow the onscreen instructions.
