Windows 10: How to go back to Home Screen when u turn off while reset

I was going to restart my computer and then someone turn off my computer while I was doing something and when I went back it took to page where it’s says the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. And I don’t have a usb to install windows so please help me and thank you

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Windows 10 screen shows shutting down when u turn on the PC

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you installed all pending updates on the PC?
   
3. After seeing the shutting down message, are you able to get to the desktop screen?
   

Some of the system files are not working as expected. They might be broken, damaged or outdated.

If you are able to get to the desktop screen, then follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Press Windows key + X and click on Command Prompt (Admin).

Type the following command in CMD and hit enter: ‘powercfg -h off’.

Reboot to save changes.

Step 2: Suggest you to run the power troubleshooter and check if that helps. Further, if need be then, you may also want to reset the power plan settings to default and check if that makes any difference.
