    How to go back to normal version from dev channel on my laptop Dell Inspiron 14 plus 4720


    How to install release version of Windows 11 means go back to the regular stable version of my laptop over dev channel prerelease because I am sick of dev channel I cannot play my games too, I have the build 23610 ,windows 11 home insider preview, please help me out and tell me a fully safe solution to leave this dev channel, and please tell me when will the new windows 11 update will come so I can safely move to the stable version without any clean install.

    Leaving Dev Channel

    Release of 22H2 on Sep. doesn't help you to leave Dev channel since it will be build 22621 and current Dev channel build is 25188. You can't go backward in build numbers. Your only way out of Dev channel is clean install of released Windows version.

    This is explained in release announcement of every new Dev channel build.

    Build numbers are higher in the Dev Channel than the Windows 11 preview builds in the Beta and Release Preview Channels. You will not be able to switch from the Dev Channel to the Beta or Release Preview Channels without doing a clean install back to the released version of Windows 11 currently.
