    I am not a computer expert so, i installed windows 8.1 pro on my Dell Inspiron 1545 which was originally windows 7 and product key activated. I did not know what a product key was and i googled and it showed me some. So during the installation of win 8.1 i used one of those. After it was installed and running, it says i need another product key because the previous one i put was invalid. So i realised i wasnt supposed to use a random one from google. now i am trying to recover my computer back to its old version win 7, but i need product key and i am having "insert dvd-missing file" issue. wha
