Windows 10: How to go from Windows 11 to 10 Home to 10 Pro?

I bought a Windows 11 preinstalled Dell Computer and I downgraded to Windows 10 but unfortunately it is Windows 10 Home and not Pro. How can I get Windows 10 Pro without having to pay an additional $99?Can anyone help me please?

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
