Windows 10: How to have access to my computer after unintentionally entering the wrong PIN

Hello, Being busy with something else and distracted, I accidentally entered the wrong PIN several times over spaced-out periods. Even after restarting my computer and entering the correct PIN this time, I keep getting the same error message: *"A problem has occurred, and your PIN is not available code: 0xd000025. Click to set up your PIN again."* So, I followed the instructions and clicked the link, which took me to a page where I had to sign in to my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my password, but I was able to reset it using the enhanced security method via my phone

Entered wrong PIN code

I am new to the PC and Windows world.

I bought a new program and it downloaded but I can not install it because i entered the wrong PIN code too many times when I tried to open it. Tried to restart after following the steps for PIN code change. Same message again, enter PIN code.

Entered an Incorrect PIN too Many Times

I will try waiting several days as you did. When steps are suggested they aren't understanding that there are no choice...the screen just says you have entered the wrong pin too many times....that's all. Then restart your computer. No other choices are
on the screen.

 

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.
