Windows 10: how to have resource monitor not open up automatically

i opened up resource monitor the other day just for kicks. now when the computer starts up for the first time resource monitor also opens up. i can exit out, but when computer boots up again, there it is.

please advise how to make sure it does not open up automatically when computer starts up.
