    How to housekeep the List of Emails that pops up when composing a new email ?


    HI,Will be grateful if someone could advise.When composing an email, upon entering the first letter in the "To" addresse data field, Hotmail/Outlook will display a list of email accounts that is similar to the first letter one has input.For me, this list is outdated and contains a few erroneous email account.How do I go about housekeeping this List ?I have tried my best to look for the correct job steps but to no avail.Will be grateful for any advise.ThanksJC Chong

    - I just did a couple of general internet searches for you.

    I'm not sure that you can transfer emails from one server to another unless you have some offer to do that.

    Consider using an email client such as Thunderbird, which can receive and store emails on your PC. I have emails going back many years.

    (Of course, also back up your PC!)

    When I am composing an EMail and I enter a letter in the TO: line I get many more people than are in my contact list. How do I just get my contact list only?

    Cannot see list of folders or compose outgoing emails to send

    Original Title: Windows 10

    Just updated to Windows10 but still using Verizon email account and cannot see list of folders or compose outgoing emails to send. I see incoming emails and can reply or forward.
