Windows 10: How to how full-screen image after windows boot but before login screen?

I have a question regarding Windows boot and startup. I would like to create a script or batch file that will show a fullscreen image on the screen for the remainder of the time until the computer is shut down or a certain hotkey is pressed to exit the image. The reason for needing this is that I work at a library as an IT assistant, and we need to display information about our new book listings and our Library news as we are preparing to re-open the facility. These displays run windows 10 each individually. The PCs need to work sort of like a kiosk, where people in the library who are not staff cannot exit the application or access other screens since the displays are touchscreen, but only library staff knows the method to exit such as a hotkey or gesture so the PC can be accessed normally and we can update the image or video as needed. It is also necessary that no user interface is shown such as title bars, controls, etc. ; only the specified media we would like to display. We want it to be as easy as possible, so as soon as we boot up the computers it goes right to the image immediately without showing the login screen. Currently, we have to login to each display computer individually each morning and open the image file and enter fullscreen.This is getting tiring for our library staff and I am looking to create an automated script to complete all of this.

is there anyway to stop windows going into the login screen wen i boot up and leave my pc for more then 10mins?i have no password set and im the only user!!

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...

 

Login Screen Background keeps defaulting to stock image

I've set a custom image on my lock screen to show up on the initial login screen whenever I first start up my computer. But occasionally, the login screen defaults to a stock landscape image that comes with Windows 10.

To clarify, here are the steps I've taken:

• Go into Settings -> Personalization -> Lock Screen
• EDIT: Set image to Picture
• Click Browse... to look for and select a picture
• Turn on Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen.

However, no matter how many times I retake these steps, the default login screen background occasionally
comes back. How do I stop this from happening?

UPDATE: I forgot to mention a step here in my initial post. I have already set the background to
Picture, thus the custom image.
