Windows 10: How to I change what is displayed under This PC?

Under the section as shown in the image, I have three external disks which are now appearing twice. Until yesterday they only appeared once as subsections of This PC. Now the appear under This PC, but again separately (as shown with red border in image above). How can I get them to appear only under This PC?

Ideally, what I would like is to see:

Quick Access (with the subfolders)
This PC (with the subsections/subfolders)
Network
Homegroup


I am new to windows 10 so am still finding may way around it.

I understand that you want to change the name under "This product is registered under the" section on your Windows 10 computer.

This name can be changed by making changes in registry values for user account, however it's not recommended. Making any incorrect changes in registry may lead to serious issues on your computer and may also lead to permanent data loss.

However, since now you have already upgraded to Windows 10 successfully and Windows is activated. Alternately you can backup all your data and clean install Windows 10 on your computer through Windows 10 media creation tool. While clean installation you
will be prompted to choose a new name to configure your computer.

As administrator modify the following registry key and apply:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]

"RegisteredOrganization"="<Place your Org Name here>"

"RegisteredOwner"="<Place your Registered Owner Name Here>"
