Windows 10: How to I connect to ethernet with no connection options?

I just went from Windows 11 to Windows 10 because that OS works better with my pc, I've been trying to set it up but i cannot find any options whenever I look in Change Adapter Settings. I've seen images online that there are supposed to be things there to pick from, but mine shows nothing. I already tried downloading some ethernet drivers, but they might've been incompatible. I use a AMD Radeon HD 6950 and a 12th Gen Intel i5-12600K.

• What kind of computer are you using? Is it a desktop or a laptop?
• Did you make any recent changes to your computer?
• Have you tried troubleshooting the issue by yourself? If yes, what were the steps you have taken so far?

I would suggest you to try the following and check:

• Verify that the cable connects the modem to the wall jack is connected securely.
• Verify that the cable connects the computer to the modem is attached securely at both ends.
• Restart the router/modem.

How to delete an ethernet connection?

Just as title says. I have some old ethernet connections in my list, and I would like to delete it to clean.

Any suggestion?
