Windows 10: How to I download the Microsoft Store on tiny 11?

So I have tiny 11 activated on my laptop. I downloaded 3 programs at the same time in the Microsoft Store. One of them succeeded in downloading and installing while the 2 other programs froze and just kept saying "preparing to download". I tried cancelling both of them, one of them stopped while the other didn't. I restarted my computer, still, kept saying "preparing to download". I searched on google how to stop this issue and told me to type a command in the windows powershell. As I wrote it and pressed enter it completely wiped of the Microsoft store from my computer. I have no idea how to

Downloading is Slow from Store.
