Windows 10: how to i fix my download speeds on my pc??

i have internet speed that i checked using the same ethernet able and pc as the one thats slow and on the test it shows 1,100 mbs which is good and should download apps quickly but when i try to download/update and app my computer downloads so slowly around 4/5 mbs. no matter how i try to fix it i cant get the speeds up even when i tried to use the other questions in the forum. also when using browsers the internet is quick and fine just when downloading/updating

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
  
• You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.
