Windows 10: How to I get rid of multiple values in Sandisk flash drive?

Hi! How do I get rid of multiple values in Sandisk flash drive I have? When I put the flash into my computer, it shows a whole bunch of windows. Then I have the bother of x-ing them all out. I tried some online advice for that, which said to use Command prompt to do it. But I didn't find all the options they said to type in phrases next to. So I gave up on that method for now. I tried going into safe mode to fix the problem too. I tried to delete the excess drives, but they won't delete. I tried to format them all - but I got error message always saying it wasn't possible to format them. Any time I tried to open any of them up - I got all of those multiple screens showing. Which I had to bother of x-ing out again. I'll appreciate it if you can help me figure out how to fix this problem!

Hi! I have to type the phrases without any blanks between words, or else it doesn't work, on my computer (and it has error message saying it doesn't recognize it if I do it with space in between words) I looked in Computer management, and see that my flash drive is listed as being number 2. Here's what happens. I open up Command Prompt. I type in "diskpart". I hit enter key, and then I type in "listdisk", and hit enter key. Then I see a long list of commands. I type in "select disk2" - but then it just starts over with the heading of "diskpart" again. So it did nothing to fix the problem.

Hi Debbyj,

It looks like you haven't used an Administrative level Command Prompt.

Type exit then enter to exit diskpart and then exit then enter to close the Command Prompt.

From Search on the taskbar, type Command. A window will open and offer Command Prompt and below that line will be Administrative Command Prompt.
