Windows 10: how to i get the battery MSDS for Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset ?

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset not detected by Microsoft Accessory Center

I recently purchased a Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset, and it's OEM and in Spanish. I live in Bermuda, so a lot of the products we get are for Latina America and Caribbean, which means a lot come in Spanish and we have to change them.

I downloaded the Microsoft Accessory Center and opened it, and it does not detect the headset at all. I've tried the following steps:

• Unpairing and re-pairing the headset
  
• Uninstalling the MS Accessory Center and reinstalling
  
• Running all Windows updates and rebooting
  
• Turning the headset of and on again while the Accessory Center was open
  
• Connecting via the USB dongle
  
• Connecting via the USB cable
  

The Accessory Center was not able to detect the headset at all, but the headset is showing and working in Windows audio properties and Device Manager.

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset - change language?!

Hello Community,

I bought a new Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset from Amazon.com USA, but the default language is set to Spanish, rather than English. When I connected my laptop with the headset, using the Microsoft USB Link plug into the USB port on my Windows 10 laptop, the headset connects right away, but the headset message saying it's connected to Microsoft USB Link and the battery level, is in Spanish?!

I've installed the Microsoft Accessory Center, to customize the headset, but the App says: "No supported devices found", so I'm unable to customize the headset properties.

I've fully charged the headset battery, and tried to reset the headset by holding down the Call/Answer button for 10 seconds, as mentioned in the set-up guidance:

However, none of this fixed the problem. I don't speak Spanish unfortunately, and would like to change the default language to English.

Modern Wireless headset

We currently purchased the modern wireless headsets and are trying to answer calls thru cisco jabber. We are unable to use the answer button on the headsets to do so. we can accept the call via the computer, but no the head set. Is there a way around this, otherwise these headsets are not really helpful to us.
