Windows 10: How to I rollback to the original Windows OS that came with this 2017 HP Specrtre 360

Reason #1I have a problem with charging the device, only when the power is off can it full charge, or charge at all!Now i know this had to do with the wire and charging box being used, but sometimes recently its been working while on and acting like its actually a normal Laptop. Now that its back to its original state of BS, that is why I recently just reset the thing, hoping it would return to Jedi. The other issue is that I am running Windows home preview 11 insider whatever, and ever since that started, I have a certain bluetooth OBD2 device, that plugs into the vehicles computer and allow
