Windows 10: How to identify if my Windows 10 version is legit/genuine?

On the Activation page, it states this,Edition Windows 10 ProWindows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft accountWhat I want to know is if this is indeed a "genuine" version, any other method to figure this out?Thanks!

Will a Windows 7 upgrade make a non-legit version legit?

The forum guidelines are a little fuzzy when it comes to this so I figure I'd ask anyway. If I've got a legit copy of Windows XP with a pirated key will there be any problems installing a store bought Windows 7 upgrade version over this? I'd imagine if it stays offline it'd work fine, but would there be a problem with being "genuine" when going online?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 7 not genuine problem

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.
