Windows 10: how to imporve SMB2 copy performance in win11 23H2 computer

Hi all: I encounter a SMB2 copy performance low problem. The test system is win11 23H2. I use a motor-comm NIC cardGigaBit as a server, and use a Realtek NIC cardGigaBit as a client. Then I run copy action in client side. But I got a low performace. like that Then I also check the wireshark log in the server side. I discover that it will enter in the pause state for serval milliseconds. we can see from the packet 9626, the server received all the TCP ACK packets. Generally speaking the server should send packets right now. But it still wait 20 millisecods then it start to se

The info states to disable SMB1 in Win11, but doing that, then doesn't allow me to see anything in the Network folders?

I can see Media and Router devices with different functions, but with SMB1 enabled I could see the Blue Computer icons for any PC, Android Boxes etc where I could click on and then copy files too.

Read a lot of info here and don't understand why many tell you to enable SMB1 when it is a risk?

Thank you for your reply. The machine was recently upgraded to 23H2 from 22H2 through in-place upgrade. I had to use in-place upgrade as the earlier monthly security update of 22H2 was also failing to install as none of the steps as suggested above by you didn't fix the issue earlier. Do I need to run in-place upgrade again?

How can I locate a specific driver on my WIN11 PC and copy it to my thumb drive?

I know the Driver Name and the version but not its actual filename. It's for an older printer. My WIn11 computer found it and downloaded it which was great but I would like to have a copy on a thumb drive for safekeeping and portability.

I can see the Driver Name in Windows Update History but I can't click on it there to do anything.

What specific steps do I take to find it where I can copy it? Please know, I am a new user of WIn11 by about 5 days.

Edit:

I went to the command prompt window and did a driverquery command and saw a long list of drivers where it shows their "Display Name" but none were the Driver Name as displayed in Windows Update.
