I need help to be proactive to ensure when I need to print, there is no problem.This has been months since I print hardcopy; when I need it ASAP it is not happening for two days already; all network printers do not show it in the printer queue.These network printers are printing for my co-workers.My IT is still working on it after two days of raised ticket.Since they found hard drive errors via sfc command, which is restricted to IT, is it possible for me to check and scan but not repair which I believe is IT scope? If achievable, I can raise IT ticket s

How can I print a Half Sheet (5.5 x 8.5 inch) paper in Excel Office 365

I would suggest you to follow the below steps, to print a Half Sheet paper in Excel.

1. Open the Excel Spreadsheet.
   
2. Go to File, click on Print.
   
3. Under the Print Settings, select the option "Custom Scaling".
   
4. Then select the option "Custom Scaling Options".
   
5. Under Page tab, select the option "Adjust to:" Change the value to 50%.
   
6. Click OK, and try to print the Excel paper.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

N97 Battery Standby time 8 hours

My N97 takes about three or four hours to become fully charged using the charger supplied with it. However, its BP-4L battery runs out in about 8 hours, even when on standby. Far short of the 17 days indicated in the specifications. I have been charging
the device at least twice everyday.



I have tried the following without any improvement:

• Swithced off Bluetooth
• Stopped the scanning for available networks
• Set packet data connection to when needed
• Prevented the automatic download of new maps
• Set the device to use only the GSM network
• Reduced the length of the backlight time-out period
• Closed applications running in the background

What should I do?
