Windows 10: How to improve video quality of Powerpoint MP4 uploaded to an online course or YouTube?

Problem:I am making a picture-in-picture PowerPoint presentations on my desktop that runs Windows 11. I am recording separate cameo videos on the different slides of the presentation and then saving the entire PowerPoint as one MP4 file. The video looks fine when I play it on my desktop in Windows Media Center.However, when I upload the PowerPoint MP4 file to an online course or to YouTube, the video quality is poor.Information about my computer system: Dell Inspiron Compact Desktop, Model 3891Intel Core, i5-10400 Processor12GB Memory512GB SSDIntegrated Intel UHD graphicsOS: 260 GB free of 45

Upload Video in Youtube

Hi,

Internet Explorer 11 in Windows Phone 8.1 comes together with the File Picker which let’s you select and upload files. You can make use of the same to upload videos to YouTube. Follow these steps:

• Login in to your Google Account.
• Open YouTube.com/upload
• Tap on Select files to upload and choose the video file that you want to upload.

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
