Windows 10: How to include explicit credentials in a EAP-TTLS with MSCHAPv2 Passpoint profile?

I'm confident the server itself is correctly configured because I was able to authenticate with Android and Apple devices using the same configuration EAP-TTLS + MSCHAPv2.What happens is that the SSL negotation succeeds and then the authentication process stops, when the inner authentication with

This is not using EAP-TTLS-PAP so does not solve the problem. Eduroam can use EAP-PEAP/EAP-MSCHAPv2 (supported by Nokia) as well as EAP-TTLS-PAP (not supported by Nokia). My guess is that Oxford supports both and that is why this 'trick' works but you
could just use EAP-PEAP/EAP-MSCHAPv2. The problem is that many institutions only support EAP-TTLS-PAP usually those with Novell networks.

I've made Eduroam work using TTLS and EAP-MSCHAPv2. That should be supported by any Eduroam implementation. See my post about this on the N95.

 

Nokia 500 EAP-MSCHAPv2 support?

So apparently I am trying to connect to a WLAN network (Eduroam) that needs EAP-MSCHAPv2 protocol but apparently I can't see it in EAP protocols list.

So is there really no EAP-MSCHAPv2 support in Nokia 500?

And is EAP-MSCHAPv2 protcol something that can be fixed within a software or is it a hardware issue? Will it be added to Symbian Belle update which every Nokia 500 owner is so desperately waiting for?

It's a pity, since even older models (S60v3) supported EAP-MSCHAPv2 protocol and as far as I know, all other Symbian Anna phones support it.
