Windows 10: How to increase size of a partition

Trying to install windows from a media creation tool I downloaded on a usb but during windows setup I get a pop up stating “this partition is too small. Make the size of this partition at least 10797 MB or select another partition” I currently have Drive 0 w 267MB. DRIVE 0 Partition 1 474.7 GB and DRIVE 0 Partition 2 GB. How do I increase the size of a partition

Increasing Partition Size

You can't remove unallocated space, because it is, by definition, unallocated. Do what LX07 and Cereberus are suggesting and get the free Minitool. How to increase recovery partition size

Hello! I’m a Window’s newbie and have found out that I need to increase the size of my recovery partition so I can install a Window’s security update that ends in “4441”.

I would appreciate step by step instructions on how to accomplish this as I’m relatively new to the Windows platform, coming from years on the Mac OS platform. I’d like to avoid any issues like corruption of the drive as well.

There are many ways to increase the size of your C partition but all are subject to the existing layout and constraints of the disk on which it resides. Can you post a screenshot of how Disk Management displays the disk in question, or otherwise give more info on ALL partitions currently on the disk in question?
