Windows 10: How to increase VRAM without buying new graphics card on Intel HD Graphics of Intel Core I3...

I have tried every method of Youtube but none are working.* Moved from Community Center. OS not specified.

Where can I find updates for my graphics card? Is there even a new driver version for my graphics card?

I have tried searching on the Intel website although I could not find any graphics card update!

Intel HD Graphics card - Brightness (MAX)

Dear All

I upgraded my (Sony) laptop over the weekend to Windows 10 1803. I noticed my display was set to max brightness (%100) , I am also unable to change the brightness in the display settings. My drivers are all updated. Any suggestions on how to fix this,
