Windows 10: How to insert a saved signature into all email type messages - 4/7/2022

I already have a customised signature I created and saved on pc desktop as a scan copy MS Word 2010 document mode.I intend to use this signature to be input into all my outgoing email messages in GMail, Outlook Mail and also into Yahoo Mail.How do I extract this signature to insert into all the 3 types of email messages as mentioned here.Regards

Unlike most email programs, Windows 10 Mobile does not have a feature that include inserting signatures into SMS messages. Possibly, the only way to check or use them is to confirm with your carrier if they offer such feature to append a signature
to your sent messages.

Alternatively, we request that you submit this to our Windows Feedback Hub app. To submit a new feedback, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
   Hub app or press and hold Volume Down+Power button for about 2-3 seconds to launch the app.
2. Open the menu icon at the top left side.
3. Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button
   (+).
4. Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
5. Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.

Are you using the Mail App or a web based email service or a mail client?

If you are using Web based then :

• Click on the Gear icon
• Click Options
• Under Writing mails, choose Format font and signature.
• Set your signature.

can i use custom email signature?

Thank you for your response.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Mail App
• Make sure you select the email account that you want to assign a signature to.

• Click the Gear icon in the bottom left corner.

• In Settings select Options.

• Scroll down to Signature section and make sure Signature is turned
  ON.

• Type in your Signature in the text box.
• Repeat the process for each email account.
