    How to install a fresh version of windows 8.1 on my Samsung ATIV 500t PC?


    Hello,I recently purchased a Samsung ATIV 500t PC from a gentlemen on marketplace and come to find out its password protected. When I attempt to reset it using the volume up + Power button it shows an error message saying there's a required A missing partition driver. I created a USB drive with WIN8.1 installed on it so I can install a fresh clean version but I'm not sure how to boot from USB for one and when I run command prompt and run set.exe it says doesn't recognize my input. I'm somewhat tech savvy but apparently I'm not good enough to understand how to get this Samsung tablet fixed. Any
