Windows 10: How to install an application that was published via a group policy object on Windows 11?

How do I install an application that was PUBLISHED via a group policy object in Windows 11? There is no more Add/Remove Programs, it just takes you to the Apps section of the Settings applet and I don't see anything in there to install the application. I've looked in features just in case and nothing about the application I am trying to install. I know the group policy object has been applied because I see it when I run gpresult /h. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Copying Group Policy Object Editor - Non Administrators

I apologize for the confusion. To ensure that the Group Policy settings are applied correctly on the new machine when you open the .mmc file, you will need to perform the following steps:

Open the .mmc file that you want to transfer to the new machine.

Right-click on "Group Policy Object Editor" in the console tree and select "Add/Remove Snap-in".

Select "Group Policy Object Editor" from the list and click the "Add" button.

In the "Select Group Policy Object" dialog box, select "Local Computer" and click "Finish".

Click "Close" in the "Add/Remove Snap-in" dialog box.
