How to install app from a school that owns it when it says error?. Um.. i can't install an app my school owns because when i press install it says try again later and i did try again few minutes ago and its still saying that and I'm logged in my school account and it says my school owns it but i cant install it plz help. AND this is all happening from Microsoft store.

No, the error persists.

I have found that if I first begin to install the same app from a different department, e.g. from Apps instead of from work or school department, then cancel once it begins download, instead of saying work or school department owns this app when viewing
the app under work or school department it says you own this app. I am then able to install that app from the work or school department install button.

I have completed those steps. In Microsoft Store the error is the same when trying to install an app from the work or school department. The same app from a different department installs fine.

 

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
