Windows 10: How to Install DOS 3.3 in Windows 11 in Hyper-V

I am trying to Install DOS 3.3 So that I can install Windows 1.0 in Hyper-V but after I install the files it keeps not popping up to insert the floppy disk and when I burn it it says to use a disk burner even though I installed Windows 2000 and when I burnt my ISO for 2000 it came up DO you have any ideas and websites so I can install it properly.

How Do You Start The Hyper-V Manager After Installing Hyper-V On Windows 11 Pro?

I have a Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 11 Pro. Virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. I installed Hyper-V using Programs and Features, rebooted, and the Hyper-V services have a Startup Type of Manual (Trigger Mode). However, when I search for "Hyper-V Manager," no application is found. I know the Hyper-V manager is managed through an MMC snap-in, but I don't see a relevant snap-in to add. Also, Hyper-V Manager is not listed under Windows Tools.
