Windows 10: How to install HP scanjet 3670 with Windows 10

This is new request for help on how to install a scanner HP 3670 with Windows 10.

Is there a free solution?

HP ScanJet 3770 driver for Windows 10

NO DRIVER OF HP SCANJET 3770 FOR WINDOWS 10 IS AVAILABLE FROM HP.

WINDOWS 10 DOES NOT RECOGNIZE HP SCANJET 3770.

HOW CAN THIS PROBLEM BE FIXED?

My HP Scanjet 7650 is not supported by windows 10. I think my options are:

1 bin this perfectly good scanner and buy a new scanner

2 get advice on how to make it work with windows 10.

Please advise.

Use the Vista drivers. prnhp001x64.zip

 

Unzip the drivers, go to device manager, rt click the device, select Update driver software, and browse to the folder you just unzipped.

 

Go to Start/Search and type appwiz.cpl and press enter. In the Programs and Features, uninstall any HP Scanner software that you may have already. Unplug the USB cable from the computer end. Restart the computer.
Download the Windows 7bit drivers and software Drivers & Software for HP Scanjet 3670 digital Flatbed Scanner - HP Support Center. When you run the driver, it will Unzip a file to your computer Usually to C:\SW Distribution, or Drivers, take note. If the driver file fails, Browse to the folder on the C: drive, Open it and right click Setup.exe, choose Properties/Compatibility. Make it compatible . with Windows 7 Run As Administrator. During the install, it will tell you when to turn on the scanner and plug in the USB cable to the back USB port of the computer. Or wait till the driver installs then plug it in.
