Windows 10: How to install Media Feature Pack when Windows 11 23H2 can't find it?

So, I have been trying to install the Media Feature Pack just so I can get my iCloud app working again, but the system can't seem to find it anywhere. I've tried to install it through regular settings as well as with PowerShell but with no results.I've also uninstalled the Legacy Media Player but that did nothing.Any help here?

Hello, can anyone help me. My new computer is Windows 11 and when I follow all the steps to try to install Media Feature Pack, it will not appear in the list as available to install. I'm not sure what to do next.

 

Problem with Media Feature Pack.

When I follow these steps Media Features are not listed, despite having downloaded and installed the Windows Media Feature Pack! Please help! Can't install GTA: V! Aaaargh!
