    How to install Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1-rel package while sideloading an app in...


    I am trying to sideload an app using visual studio 2017. Steps I am taking:

    Right Click on the project->Store->Create app packages-> for sideloading....


    It does create the package.

    However when i try to install the packagebundle, i have this error


    App Installer failed to install package dependencies. Ask the developer for Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1-rel package.

    When i take a look at Dependencies/x86/ i have 3 packages. There is Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1 but not Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1-rel

    I found this but downgrading UWP didnt help. Anybody has an idea how to fix this?

    .Net Native Runtime Package 1.1.23101.0

    FYI, the Microsoft .Net Native Runtime Package 1.1.23101.0 is a Store App. Over the last few days if I check for updates on my SP3 it always finds and claims to have successfully installed this Runtime Package, but it will repeat this loop every time I check.

    MS Store upgrade .Net Native Runtime Package 1.1.23101.0 app always


    Every time I try to check the app in the Store that app .Net Native Runtime Package 1.1.23101.0 appear in the list.

    Solutions?

    continues to download every time when I check store for updates

    Windows 10 home 64 bit

    It did not do this when i tried to duplicate it on my tablet ASUS 32bit windows 10

    this is what fills daily reliability center

    Installation Successful: Windows successfully installed the following update: Microsoft .Net Native Runtime Package 1.1.23101.0

    I ran WSRESET WITH Admin and still same result
