    How to Install .net Core3.1 SDK using vsbuildtools 2019 offline Installer?


    Could anyone please advise me how to install .net core3.1 SDK using VSBuildTools 2019 offline Installer?

    I am trying to install this on Windows Server 2016

    I have given a try with below layout. But no luck

    .\vs_buildtools__140882496.1541481122.exe --layout . --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.NetCoreBuildTools --lang en-US

    Insurgency wont install and run for me....

    I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
    I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

    I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

    First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

    Any ideas?

    How to Install .net Core3.1 SDK using vsbuildtools 2019 offline Installer?

    Installing .NET 3.5 offline

    I searched on the web and I am trying to follow guides on how to install .NET 3.5 on an offline machine. Steps that I followed:

    1. Download official Windows 10 .iso
    2. Mount it on D: drive
      File explorer which shows mounted Windows 10
    3. Run dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /SourceHow to Install .net Core3.1 SDK using vsbuildtools 2019 offline Installer? :D:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
    4. What I get back:

    Error: 0x800f081f The source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature.

    I cannot solve this error, can someone help me out? I thought that feature naming might be bad, I opened mounted Windows .iso and navigated to D:\sources\sxs where I was able to find 4 files:
