Windows 10: HOW TO INSTALL OR HAVE DEVICE ENCRYPTION IN WINDOWS 10 HOME

I am trying to update my BIOS to the latest version of it but in order to do so it requesting to disable BITLOCKER OR DEVICE ENCRYPTION which i dont have and now i am stuck on how to do so and if done incorrectly i might loose my date . help me resolve this issue

You will be unable to change the activation waiting time on the Windows 10 Mobile once you enabled the device encryption. We suggest that you report your concern on the Feedback Hub to let our relevant team know about this. You can follow the steps below

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
  Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
  add button (+).
• Select Problem or Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
