Windows 10: How to install Store, camera and other things missing from Win10

I took over my husband's laptop after I got him a new one. It's missing store, camera and just about everything else that Microsoft puts on computers. I have tried everything including Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"} and nothing is working. Is there a way to fix this? I have reset the computer a few times and nothing.

Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

Please follow the methods mentioned below:

Method 1:

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows key
  and R key together to open the Run Window.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe
  and press Enter key for the command to execute.
  

Method 2:

• 
  You may try to run the in-built Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:
  

• 
  Press Windows Key + X..
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.

camera will not work after win10

Thank you for your suggestions and advice Abdul...

As I stated in my earlier text, I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver ad nausea, search for new drivers, and went to the Sony webcite for new software, the very things you have suggested. Although there is a long list of upgraded Win10 drivers for my
Vaio there is not one for the camera. There are several for graphics and video but they did nothing to turn on the camera.

Isn't it strange that the camera should have been renamed by the installation to "front camera"? Anyway, if you can suggest something else I would greatly appreciate it.
