Windows 10: How to install the software for a Wireless mouse and keyboard without internet connection?

I have a PC with windows 10 without internet connection on it. I have a Wireless mouse and keyboard with usb. The mouse and keyboard does not work because there is no internet connection on that PC.

I check the mouse and keyboard on other PC and worked, because it automated downloaded the drivers for it.

Wireless Mouse connects as a keyboard

Hi there.

I've tried doing all of these steps, and it still doesn't work. I can see the device in 'Connected devices' in 'Settings'. It is listed as 'Microsoft Nano Tranceiver' but has a keyboard icon next to it. the mouse is a Microsoft Mouse 1850. This also occurs
with other wireless mice I have tried, and they connect but all have the keyboard icon next to them.

I did all the steps, except the wired keyboard and mouse step, since I am using a laptop. After all the steps it still doesn't work. Also I can't see my cursor and can't move it.
