Windows 10: how to install update kb5031445?

I have Windows 10 OS. I received an update notice for KB5031445. have attempted to download and install this update without success due to the following error: "We couldn't install this update, but you can try again 0x80070057. Have tried self installer with out success. Ran troubleshooter, ran cmd scf without success but both corrected errors. Any recommendations on what to attempt next?

KB5031445 will not install

KB5031445 will not install. I left my computer on all day yesterday, and when it finished trying to install, it gave me the error code 0x800705b. So I did some troubleshooting again this morning, and it's 20% installed, but it has stalled. This is very nerve-racking and confusing. What's going on with this update? I haven't had any other problems with the other updates. I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad L340. Any help to get this update installed will be greatly appreciated.

Run Windows Update Troubleshooter.

> Press Windows + I key to open Settings.

> In System, click Troubleshoot, then click Other troubleshooter.

> Click Run next to Windows Update.

If the Windows Update Troubleshooter didn’t work, you can try some of the other methods such as temporarily disabling your antivirus software, performing the DISM & SFC scans, or resetting the Windows Update components.

After running DISM and SFC command, restart your PC and try downloading the update again.

If issue persists Reset Windows Update components using these steps:

> Press Windows + S key on your keyboard to open Search.

> Type "cmd" and choose "Run as administrator"

> Type these commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

> Afterward, close the Command Prompt and check if Windows Updates are working again.
