    how to install windows 10 over ubuntu?


    i have an old laptop that had windows 7 on it, and i installed ubuntu over windows 7. now i want to reinstall windows and upgrade to 10, but it won't let me. it says it can't install on the type of partition that i have. any help would be appreciated, thanks.edit: it didn't tell me the hardware can't run windows 10 so that's not an issue.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows 10 boot menu only gives me 'turn pc off' option while installing Ubuntu Operating System on it.
