Windows 10: How to install windows 8.1 version of sticky notes onto windows 10?

I used to own a school provided laptop that ran 8.1, and I noticed recently that the official Microsoft Sticky Notes app from that OS version let me copy and paste tables from word to a sticky note. I used this to put my school timetable on a sticky note for ease of access. But after buying a new laptop and upgrading to Windows 10 Pro, the Sticky Notes app for it can't paste tables properly, the text gets pasted into the sticky note, but not the table format that I want *Huh

Windows Ink Sticky Notes - no starting Sticky Note & how do you move current desktop Sticky Notes to WInk?

Hello, following installing the Windows 10 Anniversary Update I was looking forwarding to using the new Windows Ink section that contains the new Sticky Notes. However, when I opened Sticky Notes, there was no starting Sticky Note (as there should be) -
the page opened onto the faded background, plus blue cross to close in the top right corner). How can I create a Sticky Note WInk when there is no Starting Sticky Note and how do I move my ordinary Desktop Sticky Notes to WInk? Thanks!

Sticky Notes on Windows 10 LTSB 2016 is not available in Windows 10 LTSB 2016 version.

Need your assistance on how we can install or any alternative sticky notes solution for the new windows version.
