Is it possible to maintain custom WallPaper before Keyboard pressed?As-Is Custom WallPaper disappears after Keyboard Pressed.Result is lost Text Message , after accidental press of Keyboard, which can only reappear on Restart of Computer.How to have WallPaper as background with User Login Windowrequires access to "C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\" which is not meant for non-admin user; need for local IT approval is inconvenient for every modification to Custom Wallpaper,

Login Screen Background Not same as desktop Background

That's what this option is currently intended to do: when OFF, it shows solid color on login screen, when ON it shows the standard blue windows logo background on login screen. It is probably customizable, but only through a "hack" of some sort.

The ability to keep the lock screen background on login screen is coming up in the next major update. But it is not in the current official build.

There's no option to show your wallpaper on login screen and none is planned. You can, of course, use the same picture as your wallpaper as login screen background and wait till the release.

 

Wallpaper (background) color

I realize that the background color changed from blue to black. I will try to help you with this issue.

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Further you may also want to ensure that default theme is selected. Follow these steps:

Login Screen Background keeps defaulting to stock image

I've set a custom image on my lock screen to show up on the initial login screen whenever I first start up my computer. But occasionally, the login screen defaults to a stock landscape image that comes with Windows 10.

To clarify, here are the steps I've taken:

• Go into Settings -> Personalization -> Lock Screen
• EDIT: Set image to Picture
• Click Browse... to look for and select a picture
• Turn on Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen.

However, no matter how many times I retake these steps, the default login screen background occasionally
comes back. How do I stop this from happening?

UPDATE: I forgot to mention a step here in my initial post. I have already set the background to
Picture, thus the custom image.
