Windows 10: How to keep remote access from highly skilled hacker when using zoom platform

Court ordered zoom calls w hacker: child and parent under permanent protective order and granted anonymous location but have order 1x every week 20min via zoom for digital visit. Individual is a highly skilled, top compensated wireless network engineer, and remote programmer with a resume and prior clearance that basically has him trained and able to do just about anything if there is a wireless connection. For the calls he as "host" I used my laptop with the desktop account for zoom without giving any priviliges but he has taken over recently as the pc administrator with full r

What steps can i take to ensure the a hacker i gave remote access to my pc does not have access to my accounts and computer?

 

Remote Access

1. Follow these steps to disallow remote access to your PC completely:
2. 1. Type “remote settings” into the Cortana search box. Select “Allow remote access to your computer”. This may seem counter-intuitive, but this opens the Control panel
   dialog for Remote System Properties.
3. 2. Check “Don't Allow Remote Connections” to this Computer. You've now disabled remote access to your computer.

Try these two steps and tell us if your issue gets solved. If it does not then your PC may be infected. Use a Good antivirus to remove the infection from your device completely.

 

Zoom for Microsoft Surface 8.1

I searched online help and was told to white list zoom but the pictures and step by step do match my 8.1 version. Please help as I need zoom to work remotely during these challenging times. Currently using Zoom on my cell phone. Be well and thanks for
