On Windows 11 after the November 2023 update, I can no longer lock my taskbar to STAY UP when I am working. All of the directions to go to the "taskbar settings" then "taskbar behaviors" and uncheck "Automatically hide the taskbar" are NOT working. Even after restarting the computer. I tried to attach a screenshot of the boxes, as they should be, for what Microsoft says to do and is NOT working. This site says the image is inserted successfully but won't let me see it. Microsoft, you need to make it EASY to contact a human being for technical issues! I have been a devoted Windows fan for 15 y
