Windows 10: How to keep zoom windows on the second display?

I've gotten the main zoom dashboard to stay there, but when a join a meeting it comes on the primary display. When I go into a breakout room, etc it goes on the primary display.

Is there any way to force all of the many windows to stay on the secondary display?

TPU Capture Auto Zoom

Not sure where else to post this since it isn't listed in the TPU Software section. But when I hit print screen it instantly zooms in. If I try to take a fullscreen shot it only takes the zoomed in window. Any ideas here?

 

How do I increase my zoom options for Windows 10? Right now I only get zoom in 25% increments.
