Windows 10: How to know what needs to be corrected when I receive a message "There is a problem with...

How do I know what is wrong and what needs to be corrected when I receive a message "There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser." When I log into account.live.com, I don't know what I am supposed to fix.

Buzzing from receiver while on

Also hoping it sorted it out. It was long shot it even had the ground on the back(Not knowing anything about the receiver) The "correct" steps have been taken. But did it work? *Confused

 

Wrong time stamp on received text message

I had the same problem with my received text messages showing -1 hour, whereas my sent text messages showed the correct time. HOWEVER, I've tried what you suggested and it worked....for the received messages, but now my sent messages are showing a +1 hour!!
Anyone any suggestions?

 

Again, Location is not correct on the maps, Showing me in another state!
