I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding BitLocker recovery for two of our company laptops. Recently, we had these laptops serviced to upgrade the internal storage from 500GB to 1TB. The technician at the service center removed the old hard drives and replaced them with new ones. However, when attempting to back up the data from the old drives to the new ones, we encountered a prompt requesting the BitLocker recovery key.We have made several attempts to retrieve the recovery key using our existing Microsoft accounts. Bit locker won’t except any of the keys from my Microsoft account. What’s the next step to get it unlocked?

i accidentally clicked restore bios settings. Now I am asking for bit locker key. I don't know that key. I didn't have Microsoft account login in my system. My windows OS is not getting loaded.
