Windows 10: How to know your previous passwords to be able to uninstall latest updates?

Ok, so this is getting super f*king annoying. Microsoft support is literally impossible to reach. w_t_f should I do now?I started my laptop and for some reason it didnt load windows 10, but started to install updates and got stuck on 7%.Then I tried to run the system in safe mode, so it started to undo the changes, because "we couldnt complete the updates", but now it is stuck on it and cant undo those damn changes.Ok, I went to recovery mode and tried to either uninstall recent updates or reset windows keeping the files, I also tried all the available options.The only problem is that it asks

Regarding previous passwords

I holder of the account would like to know my previous passwords as my device is not connected to the net and needs the account old password. Also now i have updated account password and tried again but still not able to login into my device, it is also
not able to connect to the internet. Can i get the list of my old passwords????

 

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

Update History Not Displaying Latest Update

If nothing shows in update history, try clicking on 'uninstall updates'. Sometimes this list is more complete. Having said that, I have nothing new in either list. Bree
